The HSK Team is the most productive multifamily marketing team within the world-wide Colliers International organization. Between 2010-2017, HSK closed 257 transactions, and has been consistently recognized as the top producing multifamily team in North America. During the Great Recession, HSK represented all of the major financial institutions, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Chase, and many others, in their efforts to dispose of REO properties. As the market has stabilized and moved back to open-market ownership, HSK has shifted its process to represent opportunistic private sellers and buyers, most of whom are pursuing a value-add business strategy.

Based in Phoenix, HSK commands a leading market share in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and West Texas, pursuing a strategy of driving capital in search of higher yields to secondary markets. With team members based in Las Vegas and Albuquerque (in addition to the Phoenix-based team), HSK ensures that all critical steps of the sales process, including local knowledge, site visits, and closing functions, get personal attention from experienced brokers.

The typical HSK transaction involves a multifamily property of 100 units or more, with a market value of between $10 and $50 million in the markets listed above. In addition, HSK is pursuing a manufactured home park sales strategy throughout the western United States.

The team comprises Trevor Koskovich, Bill Hahn, Jess Hudson and Don Vedeen in Phoenix. Koskovich and Hahn are Executive Vice Presidents within the Colliers organization, and Hudson and Vedeen are Associate Vice Presidents. Cynthia Meister is the HSK Associate Broker in Albuquerque. Thomas Olivetti is the HSK Associate Vice President in Las Vegas. In addition to the six brokers, HSK employs its own marketing and analytical support staff of four individuals in Phoenix.

His extensive knowledge base and industry expertise lead to successful and tailored real estate solutions for the team's clients. Bill has 30 years of experience in the commercial investment real estate market, which includes managing the operations and strategic planning for a 35-agent commercial real estate office in Phoenix, Arizona. Trevor Koskovich, Executive Vice President

Trevor Koskovich is a Executive Vice President with Colliers International and is a senior member of HSK Multifamily. He has in-depth experience in the negotiation and successful completion of complex real estate transactions. Trevor has a thorough understanding of banking and capital markets, which proves invaluable in assisting clients with the intricacies of transaction financing. He provides clients with a thorough economic analysis to guide them towards informed real estate decisions. Since 2007, Trevor has been an investment advisor, specializing in multifamily properties and working with private client groups, equity partners and REITs. Cynthia Meister, Associate Broker

Returning to her home state from over two decades in Los Angeles, Cynthia's past real estate experience in California brings a strong background in negotiations, developing and maintaining relationships, managing client expectations and identifying value add opportunities. Don Vedeen is a Associate Vice President for HSK National Manufactured Housing Group. With a sole focus on the manufactured housing industry, Don works with clients to understand the ever-changing landscape for this market. With the severe rise in popularity in manufactured housing as an investment opportunity, Don finds it most important to maintain genuine relationships with investors, lenders, city officials and all park owners. Don is a graduate from the University of Illinois with a Master's Degree from Illinois State University and comes from a background in sales and real estate investing.
